1. Delivery

 

• For any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• If the customer refuses to receive the order, shipping fees must be paid.

2. Exchange

 

• Exchange is accepted only in the following cases:
• The watch is damaged or defective upon delivery.
• The watch mechanism is not functioning properly.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging and tags included.

3. Return

 

• Returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind or do not like the watch.
• If a return is exceptionally approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

الشروط والأحكام

أولاً: التوصيل

• في حالة وجود مشكلة، يُرجى التواصل خلال ٢٤ ساعة فقط من الاستلام.
• في حالة رفض استلام الطلب، يتحمّل العميل مصاريف الشحن.

ثانياً: الاستبدال

• يُقبل الاستبدال فقط في الحالات التالية:
• وجود كسر أو عيب مصنعي في الساعة.
• وجود عطل في آلية تشغيل الساعة.
• يشترط أن تكون الساعة غير مستخدمة أو مرتدية، وفي حالتها الأصلية مع العلبة وجميع الملحقات.

ثالثاً: الاسترجاع

• لا يُقبل الاسترجاع في حال تغيير الرأي أو عدم الإعجاب بالساعة.
• في حال الموافقة على الاسترجاع بشكل استثنائي، يتم تحويل المبلغ خلال ١٤ يوم عمل بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.
